Definitely do it. The course is deeply thought provoking, helpful and wise. Paul is a wise and fluent teacher. It will challenge constructively in all sorts of ways. Saturated and grounded in Scripture too! Just brilliant really. I would encourage them to join due to the quality of teaching of the biblical training in leadership to allow the Lord to use us in His service for His glory. a thought-provoking, comprehensive and helpful course. I have learnt that measuring success should not only be about numbers but also about growth in faith and love and maturity which is in keeping with our goal of ‘ people encountering God more and more people encountering God’ . In all we do as leaders our goal is honouring Christ. Very practical, useful and challenging personally not just in a leadership context even though that was the primary focus If you have an earnest desire to be equipped for leadership in any way or simply broaden your perspective in a Christ centric way, don’t miss out on this short course. I felt this course would have been so helpful if I done it when starting out as a Point Lead. It might have prevented me from making some pitfalls in leadership. All of the content was pitched just right: from the ‘101 stuff’ to the detailed tools to help leadership that you may not have known about entering into leadership. It’s definitely helped me feel more confident in leading others.
