Mentoring for Leaders

One to one mentoring for leaders of churches and Christian organisations.

WHAT I OFFER

Regular (usually monthly) online or in person meetings focused either on specific leadership skills or general personal growth.

I have mentored pastors, youth leaders and workers with parachurch organisations.

​​​

MY APPROACH

My approach involves listening, prayer and bringing advice from Scripture and reflection on my experience and that of the mentee.​ I often agree a Bible book or other books to read through and discuss together.

​​​

MY VALUES

I adhere to a Personal Code of Conduct in ministry, which guides me in mentoring relationships.

​​

THE COST

I do not charge a fixed amount for mentoring, but donations to my personal support are welcome from mentees or their churches and organisations.

An hour of professional mentoring in Christian leadership would typically cost between £50 and £150​.

Training in Leadership

Leadership training for teams in churches and organisations.

WHAT I DO

Courses laying foundations for leadership and seminars on specific issues.

I have taught leadership in Bible Colleges, for ministry trainees, and to help develop leaders in various churches.

​​​

MY APPROACH

I am committed to training that iis biblically based, practically applied and interactive.

​

COURSES

Each consists of 6 two-hour sessions:

• Foundations for Spiritual Leadership

• Small Group leadership 

• Team Leadership

THE COST

I do not charge a fixed amount for providing training, but donations to my personal support are welcome from churches and organisations.

Churches typically donate around £100 to £150 per hour of training in addition to covering travel expenses.

Refreshment for Leaders

Days or overnight retreat spaces for leaders and their spouses

WHAT I OFFER

Guided space to be encouraged and refreshed in your faith and ministry in awareness of God's presence and promises.

​

I have led or contributed to days like this for leaders from various churches.​ 

​​

MY APPROACH

My approach includes biblical content, space for personal reflection and prayer, and availability for one to one support as needed.

​

THE COST

I do not charge a fixed amount for leading retreats, but donations to my personal support are welcome from churches or individuals.

​

Churches typically donate around £150 to £200 per half day leading a retreat training in addition to covering travel expenses and providing meals and accommodation.
